Who hasn't experienced it after a long day at university or at work when training calls. In such situations, the success of the training often depends on what you have eaten in the hours before the training. Planning an additional meal shortly before training is often not only impossible in terms of time, but also makes no sense for reasons of well-being. So what do you do if you still want to train well?
For some time now, we have been thinking of innosnack's Innobars in such situations. The bars of the still quite young Bavarian company provide fast and at the same time long-lasting energy through a special coordination of macronutrients. They are vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and very easy to digest. The use of conventional sugar is also avoided. Instead, innosnack relies on isomaltulose, which does not cause the blood sugar level to shoot up abruptly and then fall into a deep hole, but instead provides healthy and long-lasting energy.
We are particularly excited about the new innosnack Innobar energy bar Quinoa-Cranberry. Unlike the Innobar classics, it has a soft bite and was made without sesame seeds. The fact that innosnack pays attention to the use of the highest quality ingredients in the bar production is out of the question. In my opinion, the Innobar Quinoa-Cranberry is perhaps the best Innobar there has ever been, although a comparison with the Innobar classics is really difficult.
A clear advantage over the much more expensive other Innobars is undoubtedly its suitability as an energy supplier during training. I usually take an Innobar Quinoa-Cranberry with me on long runs. This gives me the necessary power for the last few kilometres, in line with the Innobar motto "Power for the long run".
